Looking to find out how much eHarmony costs in 2017? Prices start from as little as $26.95 in the USA & Canada, and £12.95 per month in the UK. A free trial is also available.
eHarmony is the leading dating site for singles who are searching for serious long-term relationships. It is also a very reputable dating site and one of only a handful that are not inundated with fake profiles and scammers trying to rip you off.
But this popularity does come with a price tag attached, because eHarmony is a paid dating site and therefore a subscription is required to make full use of this great matchmaking service.
But please don’t stress too much, as eHarmony costs a lot less per month than a crazy night out. And you are also one hundred times more likely to meet someone with whom you share common interests on eHarmony then you are in your local bar.

*Note 1: Savings are based on the price of a single months membership.
Note 2: Prices change regularly, we try to keep them updated but they may be a little different to above.
Note 3: eHarmony normally takes a single payment for the full subscription term. For example, if you join for 6 months they will take a single payment of $203.07.
Joining for a single month makes very little sense, as one it’s very expensive, and two it’s unlikely that you will meet your dream partner in such a short time frame. I’d therefore recommend going for the 6 month or 12 month subscription offers.
Total Connect Plan
eHarmony also offers a premium plan which they are calling: Total Connect. This costs a few dollars more than the basic plan, and gives you a couple of additional features like secure call and a deeper personality evaluation. But since you can easily make secure calls using Skype or Google Talk, and there is no need for the deeper personality evaluation, we recommend that you save your money and just opt for the basic plan.

How Does eHarmony Work?
eHarmony works a little differently to other dating sites like Match.com and Plenty of Fish. That’s because eHarmony is a real automated matchmaking service. It basically uses the results of your personality questionnaire to match you with site members who share similar interests, values and beliefs to your own. Each day you will receive new matches, there is no search option here.
To communicate with your matches eHarmony has created a very affective 4 step guided communication process. The steps are categorised as: Quick Questions, Makes or Breaks, Digging Deeper and eHarmony Mail. This simply helps you get to know your match in the easiest possible way. There is an option to skip straight to eHarmony Mail, but I’ve found the 4 step process so effective that I rarely make use of this option.
If you are newbie to the world of internet dating then you are really going to love eHarmony. As one of the most popular dating sites in America, there are millions of single members on the site all looking for that someone special. These members are most definitely not looking for one night stands, so if that’s what you want, a site like Plenty of Fish would be a better choice for you.
Members on the site are aged from 18 to 80 years old and there is a very even 50:50 split between the sexes. Fake members are most definitely in the minority, and the site is well administered so fake profiles and scammers are booted off pretty quick.
Using the site is very intuitive, although the long questionnaire that you need to complete on joining requires a very large mug of coffee and a few biscuits. But since the personality questionnaire is used to help match you with similar members on the site, you really do need to answer honestly here.
To summarize, if you are tired of being single, and you are seeking a partner for longer than a single night, then eHarmony is one if not the best dating site out there.
